GRACE “I have heard your voice before,” she said weakly. Caleb looked at me surprised. I was at a loss for words. “No, ma’am, we haven’t had a chance of meeting earlier, so there is no possibility that you have heard my voice.” I politely answered her. “I’m certain. I feel like I know your voice.” She said, looking confused. “Perhaps I just have a common voice,” I told her as I bowed my head in respect and and ran out of the room before she or Caleb could ask anything else. Once I was out of the room, I took a breath of relief and no way she would recognise my voice. I talked with her when she was in a coma, so obviously, she couldn’t have heard me.
