Ethan's brow twitched barely noticeably, a flicker of surprise crossing his face.
Sophie frowned.
"Ethan's been stationed in the military since he was a kid, he's-"
"The PIN is six sixes," Ethan cut her off calmly, handing over his wallet at the same time.
"Got it," Celeste replied cheerfully as she took the wallet to go pay.
When she came back, she tried to return it, but Ethan pulled out his card, offering it to her instead.
"Keep it. From now on, if you wanna buy something, just go ahead."
