CHAPTER 9 Engaging in the Game of Politics Priscilla plunged into her new life. Settling into the high stress political environment was, for her, duck to water. Her new lifestyle and profession were inextricably linked. The essence of her life was now political, an essence for which she had already been unwittingly conditioned. Adjunct and unknown to almost all those who knew her, she thrived on the sheer rush of an occasional storm, which life and work in the Ohio capital provided in abundance.
