CHAPTER 13 The Real Pillar Priscilla rushed home from that extraordinary day of triumph. It was Thanksgiving eve, and her parents were arriving to pick her up for the drive to Indianapolis, where the plan was to spend Thanksgiving with the Austin clan. She leaped at the phone when it rang soon after she came in the door. When she heard her mother’s voice, Priscilla was excited. “Momma, I’m here.
