KAEL I found Selene in the library, she was sitting at one of the back tables with her laptop open and a stack of books around her. She looked like she had been researching for hours. Her hair was falling out of the bun she had tied it in and she had dark circles under her eyes. She looked up when I sat down across from her. "Hey," she said. She closed the laptop quickly like she did not want me to see what she was researching. "I talked to Aldric," I said. Her whole body went still. "And?" "And he agreed," I said.
