Saint: I could feel Shay’s body tense as I moved closer, teasing her with the promise of breakfast but knowing damn well what I was really after. I had to admit, I liked this—getting to see that glint in her eyes, watching her fight me, even if it was all in fun. She was so damn stubborn, and I loved it. "Come on, Shay," I whispered in her ear, letting my fingers lightly graze the sides of her ribs. "What do you want for breakfast?" She shrugged, trying to act like she wasn’t interested.
