"why are you late!" Madam yelled at Paige.
"Madam, I am sorry," she quickly apologized.
"That's not the question. The question is why are you late?" She asked and Paige lowered her head. "I thought you weren't coming today, you told me you are gonna take an absence from work, now why are you here,"
"I solved the problem I wanted to solve and besides, taking a break won't be a good start, since I just arrived here." she explained herself, and for almost a minute, the woman stared silently at her, before make a soft sigh.
