“You’re going to love what we’ve done with the place, Luna,” Izabelle tells me while leading me inside the pack children’s home.
While Jana is at Nursey School, I wanted to check out the kid’s home and see how things are run. Brayden and Xavier are attending a meeting with a nearby pack. Brayden said I could go too, but I didn’t want to be too far away in case Jana needed me.
With everyone else busy, I decided to wander around the pack. So much has changed since I was last here. New buildings have been erected, and the people seem much happier. I am also much calmer than I was when I arrived. I’m not scared to be out here, meeting people and saying hello. Everyone who ever hurt me is gone. Brayden made sure of that.
