Alpha Jessie's surprise mate

Chapter 3

I get to my locker to exchange my books out for my next class. Regina walks by and slaps my books out of my hands and then slams my locker closed just as Amanda is walking by in the hallway, she grabbed Regina by the arm "Pick them up" she demanded and Regina yanked her arm back, "I don't take orders especially not from pathetic bitches like you" Regina spat and began to walk away when amanda grabbed her by the back of the hair, and a crowd was gathering now, 2 of which being Jessie and Wade. "I said pick her f*****g books up and appologize for being a b***h" Amanda says while staring Regina in the eye, im not going to lie amanda was terrifying when she was mad, she had a look in her eye that screamed, don't f*ck with me. Jessie looked at Regina "Pick her books up, and appologize, your being excessive and it's really petty and annoying" Jessie said to her and then looked at me and sent me a wink. Regina yanked herself away from amanda and picked all my things up off of thr floor, she appologized and stormed off to her locker.

"If any of them mess with you in this class, tell them your best friend will shove their head up their ass when they come out" she whispers giggling as she happily speeds off to her next class, I think to myself there's no way she can get that mad and 2 seconds later be that happy without some sort of mental illness.

Amanda could make me laugh for sure, but it only worked until I got to the door of my next class and realized there was only 2 seats available today. one was beside Jessie, and the other was beside the kid in the very back of the room that barks and hisses at anyone who tries to sit beside him.

fuck it, I'll take my chances with dog boy today.

I'm walking down the aisle in between the rows of desks and right as I'm passing Jessie he glances up at me with a twinkle in his eye "what's wrong babe? You don't wanna sit with me today?" "no thank you" I smile and keep on walking, "Jessie you should seriously knock it off, why would you even want to sit with that trash anyways?" after she said it Jessie shot Regina a quick glare and he then turned to looked at me with a sympathetic smile that didn't quite reach his eyes, it usually was all fun and games with him, but lately he has seemed to be bothered by the excessive bullying by everyone else. I could never see him as anything other than a joke though, if I didn't I would very infatuated with him and it would get my heart broke. I was listening to mrs.pratt as she was going over her lesson and explaining our homework and the project we had coming up but Wade and Jessie's conversation was too loud for me to focus on her and I was accidently eavesdropping on their conversation.

Wade- What do you wanna do for your birthday man? It's tomorrow and today is Friday, I literally never get the luck of my birthday falling on a Saturday.

Jessie- I'm thinking of just hanging around the house, maybe going for a run and clearing my head. This is all really starting to set in, and it's a little overwhelming.

Wade- your gonna be fine, dude. I'm your right hand. You always have me, and I'm not letting you sit around and stress on your birthday. I'm gonna plan a party, I'll even invite your girlfriend back there if you want me to.

Wade and Jessie both shot me a glance and I know I'm blushing profusely.

shit. I really hope they didn't just catch me eavesdropping, I mean they aren't necessarily being quiet, but I couldn't stop looking at Jessie and I'm pretty sure I just got caught so I chose to stare downwards at my desk and a paper and try to play it off atleast. I hear both of them chuckle but I decided to continue to listen without stairing at Jessie this time.

Jessie- Man on a serious note, a party would be nice and you throw the best of the best. I don't think my little girlfriend back there is up for the challenge just yet though.

Regina- Did I hear something about a party tomorrow?

Wade- Ugh you are so damn nosey Regina, I wasn't talking to you, you should probably be paying attention anyways, tat hair dye has sunk deep into your skull and I don't think the extra class time would hurt your IQ at all.

I accidently giggled a little too loud and Regina heard me.... s**t.

"Is something funny back there charity case? Regina spat, "seriously, Regina lay the f**k off of it" Jessie warned her. "babe, we all know you have a very temporary crush on the sad story that's sitting in the back, but it will all be over and you'll be back in my bed soon enough" Regina responded and Jessie just looked back at me with a sympathetic look and then amazement flashed his eyes and he smacked wades shoulder and I instantly put my head down. Just another one of their cruel jokes, he had me fooled that he might actually care for a second. Regina just giggled and turned around when I wouldn't give her the fight she wanted. Surprisingly her calling me names didn't piss me off but when she mentioned Jessie being back in her bed I was temporarily infuriated, had he slept with her before? was he going to again? why does it even matter and why do I care? Me and Jessie would literally never happen and if it did I'm sure it would end in a cruel or embarassing way most likely by the hands of Regina so I need to drop it..... time to go anyways. Lunch time was my favorite, not because of eating but because amanda was with me.
