Chapter 20

*michelle pov*

"We barely made it back to the packhouse before Diannas water broke. You were ready to make your entrance and you weren't waiting any longer. The pack doctor was there waiting on us when we arrived. He took Dianna up to her and your father's bedroom because she needed his scent to help her, They barely got her on the bed before you decided whether we were ready or not here you came. as soon as you exited your mother she started hemorrhaging terribly. I grabbed you and cut your cord, I wrapped you tightly in a blanket and held you close to me while praying for yhr moon goddess to help Dianna. She was losing so much blood, and then appeared your sister, we had no idea there was two of you, the ultrasounds never picked her up but it explained why your mother's belly got so big." michelle says with a slight smile before her face returns to a pained expression.

Lacey stared at me with her mouth almost hanging completely open, her mom never told her she had a twin, it doesn't surprise me honestly.

"Where is my sister now? lacey asks curiously.

"She didn't make it darling, She only lived for a moment, the doctor determined that you and your mother were immune to the wolvesbane but your sister was not." michelle says as tears fell down her face.

*Lacey pov*

I had a new wave of emotion crash over me, it was anger and it was an overwhelming amount of it. This piece of s**t Armando killed my father, broke my mom's heart, kidnapped her, and killed my sister.

"what was my sisters name? I ask michelle through gritted teeth trying my best not to let my anger accidently slip out towards anyone else.

she paused and looked between me and my Mate before she put her head down stairing at the floor "your sisters name was aliyah" she almost whispers.

*aliyah- it's true, I was your twin sister, I gave up my spot with the moon goddess to replace the wolf you had, I have different abilities than you, I figured with mine and yours combined it would be more than enough to take down this s**t bag Armando for all the pain he caused our family..... he is still looking for you lacey" my wolf says.

It's too much, the built up emotion was too much. I close my eyes trying to relax but I feel a huge gust of wind blow past me, it feels like a category 5 hurricane in this room, it lasts for a few moments but my wolf talks me out of it

aliyah-" I know your angry lacey, let it stay for a moment and then you have to put it away, I will tell you how, take a deep breath, and then howl as loud as you can and let it all out" she says. I listen to her. It worked. I feel the wind slowly tuning down until there's nothing, I keep my eyes closed for a moment but when I open them I'm horrified at what I've done to the room, there is papers everywhere, the wallpaper is even peeling off in some places. The room is trashed and I burst into tears sitting myself in the floor. My mate quickly comes behind me and wraps me in his arms pulling me close to him.

"I'm sorry. I destroyed your office, im so sorry I don't even know how I did it" I cried into Jessie's shirt

"Hey little mate don't cry about my office, you can cry about everything else if you need to, but not this old office, it needed to ve remodeled like 20 years ago." my mate says rubbing my head.

"What was wrong with how I decorated the office?" James ask.

"Shut up James, not really a good time to discuss your interior design mistakes" michelle says while winking at him.

I giggle and sit up slightly. Before I hear aliyah in my head.

Aliyah-"now I need to share some information with them"

Lacey to everyone: "Aliyah, who is in fact my twin sister, says she needs to speak to all of you now." I say and they all look in my direction.

"Go ahead aliyah" I say as I feel myself slipping back and her coming to the front of my mind.

Aliyah: "as you all already know I am laceys twin sister, I traded my spot with the moon goddess to be replace my sisters wolf instead. Anaiah was a great option for lacey. But if we are going to beat Armando when he comes for lacey she will need her natural abilities and mine to help defeat him. I know your probably all shocked that I know this is going to happen, but that is one of my abilities, I can see the future and I can control elements, laceys abilitys are extreme speed and strength, and silver and wolvesbane don't effect her like they would another wolf. My mother left the pack after she had lacey and me because Armando promised her he would be escaping, and that when he did he would come for her and her children and they would be his prisoners to use as he pleases. He clearly had Dianna very worried because she didn't believe the pack could protect us and she was right. Armando is a hybrid, half wolf and half vampire and he has many witch friends. My mother left as quickly as she could that night once everyone went to sleep and she found a witch friend of her own that would suppress her and laceys wolves and help cloak them from Armando for as long as possible. She was right to do so because he escaped the dungeons a year later. Our mother Dianna slowly died from the breaking of the mate bond. She held on for as long as she possibly could, Denali (Diannas wolf) finally let go when seline sent word to her that laceys mate was near and they were close to breaking the suppression spell. Denali ensured Dianna that alpha jessie would help lacey overcome all the obstacles and that laceys new mother and father in law would protect her and help her as well. Denali sent word to me that Dianna loves you all, and that she wants to appologize the most to lacey for not being able to be stronger and overcoming her pain so that she could be a good mother to her. Now that it is all out in the open I am very tired. My human is very tired. I think we should all take a little nap and recharge. It will be a while before Armando comes but we do need to train as much as possible, I will know when the time is near, I will give Roman and lacey plenty of time to prepare, and I am already ready."

*Jessie's pov*

This has been the longest 2 days of my entire life. After speaking to aliyah my mate fell straight to sleep. I picked her up and told my parents I would lay her down and rest for a while and we could connect any remaining pieces later on. I left my parents in the office looking like they had seen a ghost. I layed my mate in bed and I drifted off to sleep with her wrapped in my arms.
