“I have my speculations, but I would need to run further tests to be sure. You can make the payment at the pharmacy, and go through with the tests. It will take a few days to get the result of it all, but once it is done, they will bring it back to me and I will call you to come over.”
The doctor’s words replayed in my mind as Nana and I stepped out of the hospital, after doing the tests as we have been asked. So many thoughts played in my mind as I thought of what could possibly happen, or rather, I fear the result I would get. I already have an idea in my mind, and I am sure both Nana and the doctor do as well, but having a thought is different from having it actually confirmed. It still does not lessen my worries in any way though.
