When Jeter and Sherlyn arrive at Bitterfang Walker's pack, he’s looking around the yard at hundreds of men, women, and children. He never thought his mate's pack would be large. Sherlyn would never tell him the name of her pack. She also blocked any information about her pack and mother from him. A middle-aged woman met them and led them into the main packhouse. Jeter thinks the Alpha is meeting them to inform them of the rules before they go to one of the pack houses.
