9 “ABSOLUTELY NOT.” Stefan crossed his arms. “I promised Elena I would take her to Tivoli Gardens,” Penelope said. “I want to show her the places I loved as a child.” Where she’d always felt safe and happy, she thought, but didn’t say it.
