“She is coming?”
Ate Jessica questioned without any hesitation, probably due to shock. She let out an awkward smile at the end when she noticed her rush and sudden question spilled. When I look at her, she has her eyes looking at me in worry but I gave her a small smile instead to remove anything she has in mind. I already know that the trip is ruined for me, worry is the least that I need now.
“Can’t I?” Janella innocently asked back. I let out a breath as my eyes suddenly went to her which she has on me as well. My brows furrowed in confusion because she remained in eye contact. “Can’t I?”
“Why are you asking me?” I questioned back without hesitation.
