ONWARDS

"Hey you need to take it easy.You are training too hard and I fear you will hurt yourself," Ophie said trying to ease Ally as she almost hit him with her favorite dagger.She had gone full Samurai, not because she so much cared for the training but because she didn't know what else to do.Ophie had seen her go from denial to getting aggressive and he had tried his best to be there for her but with no success.That morning she woke up two hours before everyone and ever since, she had been in the training room. Forcing her little body to go way beyond its limit.

"It's been one month and three weeks and six days Ophie.She told us to wait for her for two months, today is the last day of the second month and she is not back yet.We all saw the crater that was left behind by the spite.How could she have survived that.Even though she deed, where did she go after?Ophie, how are we supposed to fight without her.How can we even begin to say we are okey to go on after we almost got ourselves killed by a baby Wendigo.You know we can never beat the beasts alone.With him there was a chance to stop the war of angels and demons.With him gone, even the other three horsemen are out of wherever he had locked them.We are doomed Ophie, we are doomed,"

It was her first break down.Through the two months, she was the only one who had held herself together.Tom and John had broken down the previous month after discovering the crater where the spite impact had befallen their leader and biggest hope.That day the had gone back home broken and lost.They no longer felt the need to fight.They no longer wanted to keep going.They missed school for a whole week as they were busy mourning.Since then they had accepted that they were at war alone.They swore to move forward and they have been trying their best so far.Ophie still believed I would go back to him.He had seen me leave and come back so many times that he thought to just give it time.

Geo and Miss Griffin had been the wings for the crowd for the time I was not around.The could never be as fast or as strong but the group would get by.They took the boys to school and back to the bunker everyday.It was a tiring job but they had to learn to keep on going as it was their only choice.The did not plan on giving up.The figured I would have wanted them to fight on.That was what they intended to do.Tom was struggling to find out where angels went after they died.Of course there was no answer to that.No other angel in all history was ever recorded dead.

Duke was the only one holding the group together.He had learned a valuable lesson from the elements and he was putting it into practice.He had learned to fight the hard way and he wanted the boys to take up the path as well.The elements had him as a bridge to get to the crowd and they had created so.e sort of an alliance.They were fighting side by side.The elements would spot a monster and relay the case to Duke who would then tell the others.The group would then go out hunting for the moster.They had already locked three away and had killed two.One of them a baby wendigo who almost killed them as they didn't fully believe in themselves yet.They were learning to live it every day a day at a time.

The mansion was almost abandoned as the group then knew it had to live through training.Ophie even had a hard time trying to convince Ally to continue schooling.She never saw or felt the need.She wanted to be a full time hunter.This morning however, after her breakdown, she felt better.She let it all out and even cried for sometime and then she got over it.The two went back to the hall where the had breakfast with the rest before planning the day.It was on a Saturday and they were still awaiting for Duke to come back with a new case.The had to rely on his info as it was the only way to get an actual case apart from the unexplainable cases on the news papers and police reports, which mostly ended up being a wild goose chase.The Ring Pin machine operated with the help of some of my powers.Ever since I left the machine had been dying slowly but surely and as of last week it was totally not functional.

Breakfast was a quiet meal around the bunker.The bunker itself never said much ever since I left and they had almost forgotten the damn thing was alive.It could not feel my powers like it always did.Maybe if it could, it would have tried to reach out to me.Maybe then I couldn't be so lost and living in a confused little world.It could have warned me that my friends were in dire need of help and maybe it could have snapped me out of my insanity.

"Morning guys, the elements says hi by the way...We also have a case.According to the elements, we are hunting for two animals, an Abada, which is not a dangerous animal and an Impundulu a very very dangerous animal," Duke said.He had learned to be okey through every situation.Ever since he started working with the elements, he didn't have a down moment he was always up and about, and with good spirits too.He knew just how to fit in the shoes.

"Why would we be hunting for a good and bad animal at the same time," Ophie asked.They had been doing a single hunt every time."The elements says the two are like a coin.Whenever one appears the other one follow.One is like a good omen while the other is the opposite.The Abada is a beautiful creature, like a unicorn but with two horns.Whenever it goes, the place becomes peaceful, deadly diseases are cured and there is happiness.Lands prosper and the place enjoys a crime free air.But then the impundulu follows.It have a huge appetite for chaos and humans but most especially the Abada.After it have killed the peace bringer, it then changes the place to chaotic hell.Wild orgies, diseases, deaths, crimes, fights, deaths...you name it.We can't find the impundulu without finding the Abada first.According to the elements, the Abada first appeared about two months ago in South Sudan which means it is just about long enough for the impundulu to take note.We don't have time and I would suggest we get going,"

The group took time to understand what Duke had just said before going about finishing their breakfast and prepare themselves.By then they already knew the bunker could help them with the chores and they left the job to him and he never complained.In fact, he enjoyed every moment of it.He had become a part of the family.He even wished they could just give him a name, but he never asked them to.

The flight took a little longer and as expected the group had to land a far from human sight.When I was with them, I could use my invisibility trick on all of us and it would be easier and faster, they were still doing a pretty good job by themselves though.They landed in a forest at Juba just few miles away from Acacia Village.There they knew one thing, everything was to be done with great care.They had taken a thing or two from there last hunt and none of them would have liked to go through the same hustle again.

People around Sudan were known for the pointless and unnecessary fights.Always at each others throats over somethings that could just need a seating and some serious talks.The country had been at war for a really long time but at the moment it was peaceful.South Susan had just been born and everything was moving onwards just fine.The elements however, knew the peace wouldn't last much longer as the Impundulu was already around.The group had to take a hike in the woods.Careful not to draw any attention to themselves as some of them were different, in some places, nobody cared about other people and there business, but here, here everybody cared.They were used to war to an extent they always thought anybody different from them was out to fight them.Their response to that was by killing the stranger before the could take the lead and attack first.

"Stop...do you guys hear that," Ophie asked.His senses sharp as always.He couldn't just hear, he could smell also, but he knew the rest wouldn't smell whatever had hit his nostrils, but he also knew they could hear."Yeah some sort of noise coming from about 200 meters give or take," Tom answered.Of course they could all hear it.The sounds of people moaning.The group hurried towards the direction of the noise, thinking the noise was out of distress.They were tired of hiking plus it was about five in the morning and some of them were still a bit sleepy but they rushed through the woods with the strength of people who just had breakfast.

On arrival, what they saw really got them confused.Tom, Geo and Ophie closed their eyes.John, Duke and Miss Griffin Walked a bit closer to see better.Alice had her mouth open, not sure what course of action to take.A group of about thirty people, all mixed up, young and old having what seemed like a weird orgy.There eyes were all white and the group immediately knew what was going on, the impundulu was already in town and it had started its quest.By causing things like those, it hoped to get the Abada out of its hiding place so it could feast.The Impundulu knew all so well that the Abada was obsessed with peace and quiet, upsetting that made the magical creature mad and it would go out seeking to return peace.The Impudulu just had to cause chaos, then lay around and wait.The group knew that and Tom had an idea on how to protect the Abada.The group however decided to lay low during the day while trying to figure out who the Impundulu was disguised as so they could follow it during the night which would be easier as that was the time the Abada went out to spread it cheer, goodness, healing and peace.It probably knew it was in danger but it would come out anyway.It couldn't help it.Most of the Magix had the power to transform themselves into humans as most of them were humans once, that included the two.During the day they were two totally normal people, sometimes way too normal.They probably paused as members of the community and maybe even participated in comunity works.Nobody could tell them apart exept for the group which had created a machine that was capable to register the Magix as their heat signiture was a little bit lower that that of normal people.The group splitted and went out in search.
