I drove in silent by myself back to her mansion. I have to come up with a backup plan to save her from the raging Marcus. I parked my car a little bit far from the gate and sneaked behind the tree. I managed to climb the gate without anyone noticing and jumped into their spacious garden. Okay, so I managed to get in. But, how can I find her now?
I walked further inside, and when I looked to the second floor, the moon goddess answered my prayer. There I saw Simone standing on her balcony. She looked devastated, and tears were evident in her eyes. I took a pebble from the ground and threw it to the second floor to grab her attention. She looked down, and her eyes went wide as she saw me. “Caiden??” she said in a whispering tone. “Can you help me get up there?” I asked her.
