Her body was as cold as ice. She wouldn’t move a bit even though I shook her a couple of times. “Simone, wake up!” I almost lose hope, but when I put my hands on her cheek and warmed her up, I saw her blinking a few times and slowly opened her eyes. “Caiden?” She looked at me with doubt and a painful expression. “What are you doing here?” I asked her softly. “I was looking for you.” She said, trying to get up, but she stumbled back. Luckily I was quick to catch her before she fell.
