"Rogue Dalton," I mumbled, taking a step back and stretching out my arms in a protective stance over Alexander. The act was useless, though, as we all knew that I was a mere flimsy cardboard next to another werewolf. "How did you find me?" He chuckled before fishing out something out from his pocket. It was another vial of pheromone cologne. "The bottle," he said while waving it. His grin only got wider by the second, leaving me sweating cold buckets out of anxiety. "I planted a tracking device in yours. Did you really think I trust you enough to let you go outside unmonitored?" I remembered the empty vial in my duffle bag and mentally cursed for deciding to keep it even after consuming all its contents. I was panicking and certain that my face said it all.
