Two Days Later
Ella's POV
Keane and I walked out of the cafeteria with his hand clutched in mine. We had just finished our not so tasty lunch and were almost finished with all the classes. Only the last class remaining before we got a chance to go home.
The exams were near. It was hard for me to catch up on all the topics that I had missed in the past few months because of my disappearance.
So what I had not known was that there was no big crowd or shocked gasps or surprised gazes when I had entered the college after so many days.
And that made me shocked.
See, I had thought that as I had disappeared all of a sudden, my mother would have filed a complaint. Police must have come sniffing out to the college and must have asked questions and things related to my 'disappearance' case.
