The Himalayas was across Chorolpa's pass and Chorolpa's pass was 2 days from Tilicho lake. Tilicho lake was at a height of 4600m and the place where we were going to go was 5500m above sea level. So our first destination from there was Tilicho lake which was 3 days from the town where we reached after the all-night walk. We bought all the necessary stuff needed on our journey from altitude sickness medicines, Frozen foods, energy drinks, clothes to make us warm, a tent, three sleeping bags, and a thermos to carry hot water. We all were carrying our own share of items in our bag and Stanley was carrying double the stuff as we were carrying. We ate a morning meal at the nearby hotel and started our journey from Tibolo hill.
