It wasn't exactly a common knowledge issue between our species, but quite a number of years ago a group of Fae led by a small contingent of High Elves had infiltrated my father's castle. We could never pinpoint what they had been searching for, but while most of them were fighting the castle guards as a distraction, a few of them ransacked various rooms in the castle.
