Chapter Five May-June 1869 Grant found Gabe at breakfast the next morning sitting with Cat and some others. As soon as he sat down, he realized that the man was not Cat. Cat was busy taking care of the twins, who were moving around and jumping with boundless joy. Grant and Gabe immediately began to talk about horses.
