The night of the interment had happened without any hassle, strangely so. I'd expected that Kane would have rounded up some of his allies around the pack or heck! Even the packhouse and destroyed everything that was set up but none of that happened.
At first, I was filled with a mixed reaction when he didn't show up at first as I struggled with ordering one of the guards to bring him down to the interment ground, but then I realized that would mean risking the life of a poor man and I decided against it.
