KIANNA SOFIA
"So, you broke up. For real?" Tanong ni Ezra bago isubo ang vegetable salad niya.
"For real. But.."
"But what? Spill it out."
"Something happened four days ago. I let my guard down—"
"May nangyari sa inyo." Hindi niya makapaniwalang sabi.
"He seduced me."
"He can control your body." She smiled and stared at me. "Bakit hindi mo siya bigyan ng isa pang chance?"
I arched a brow. "Do you know much his words hurt me?"
"Give him a second chance. Everybody can change."
"But not everybody deserves a chance." I said.
"Kailan ka ba matatauhan? Kapag sumuko na siya?"
Matalim ko siyang tiningnan. "Are you on my side? Bakit parang gusto mong makipagbalikan ako sa kanya?"
"I'm just giving you choices."
"I don't need choices."
