The gates opened with a soft hum, gliding apart like they recognized him. The red car drove in, smooth as silk, following the long, curving driveway that cut through a landscape too perfect to be real. Lush lawns stretched out on either side, dotted with white roses and marble sculptures. Fountains whispered in the background, water catching sunlight like scattered diamonds. The house came into view-massive, elegant, designed to impress without trying too hard. White stone walls rose clean and proud, broken by tall windows that shimmered like calm water.
