"Evelyn!" a female employee from Brenda's team exclaimed, bursting into their office. "Look at what I've created!" As she spoke, she proudly displayed her tablet computer for all to see.
However, when her eyes landed on Evelyn's empty seat, she was reminded that Evelyn was no longer working with them, and her excitement quickly faded.
"I just wanted to show her my idea from last night," she sighed, making her way to her seat next to a short, curly-haired woman.
"That Auden Bernard is such a nuisance," the curly-haired woman scoffed, expressing her frustration.
