CHAPTER THREE It took two weeks for Cody to set it up to his own satisfaction. Emilio did the leg work, watching the girl come and go each day, and keeping track of the other members of the small, six unit apartment house where she lived. The apartment complex was managed by a woman, Laura Fine, and her husband. The Fines had a daughter who attended high school. From Emilio's reports, the best place was right in the girl's one room apartment, and the best time was two o'clock on a weekday afternoon.
