Sophie was getting ready to meet up with Albert as they had planned. It was purely supposed to be a business meeting but for Sophie, it was an avenue to kick-start her revenge plan.
“What else do you want me to get, ma’am?” Mary asked her while preparing the documents she was going to take along with her.
“Nothing. I have everything I need.” She replied as she adjusted her mask on her face.
They both stepped in the car and zoomed off.
For the past five years, Sophie had always remembered how

Albert was really eager to get to the meeting, so he was quite gleeful as he prepared that his sister had to comment.
“You seem quite happy today. What is the occasion?” She asked him playfully; he did not seem excited about things, only on very few occasions.
“I have a business meeting with…someone.” He replied while knotting his tie, trying to look sharp as a razor.
“Let me guess, a lady?” Edna said teasingly.
“Yes, but not in the way you might be thinking. There is just something about her, an aura I can not define yet.”
Edna was about to reply when Zora entered the room with two bags.
“Hey love.” She said casually to Albert, completely disregarding the presence of Edna; they both did not get along really well.
Albert simply acknowledged her with a nod, the fact that she had left the castle for three days without telling him where she was pissed him off, but for the sake of the meeting he had, he did not want to show his displeasure.

As much as Sophie wanted to have her revenge almost instantly, she still had to follow her laid-down plans.
Everything that happened to her in the past was not caused by Albert alone; her own family also had their part in her sufferings and she was going to make sure they got their own dose too.
The meeting point was an exclusive restaurant picked by Sophie. Every inch of the place was flooded by the sweet smells of lavender flowers and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
“It is a pleasure meeting you again.” Albert started after they had both settled down.
On her boss’s directive, Mary had gone to place an order of coffee for the two of them.
“I am a businesswoman. I will surely turn up for a business meeting.”
“Can we go straight to discussing business?” She quickly chipped in before he said anything else.
Although Albert was going to ask about the mask she had on, but that could wait. Mary soon came back with the coffee and took a seat behind Sophie, documents on her lap and a tablet for noting things down.
“I have a proposal for your housing company.” Albert said, and proceeded to lay down his deal.
But Sophie was absolutely absent-minded. Albert was still the same, sharp looking, visibly strong and handsome, but the feeling she had for him? All was gone.
Only the painful memories lingered in her mind and she was far gone in thoughts that she did not notice when he finished speaking; Mary had to tap her.
“He is done talking ma’am.” She said softly.
“Ooh.” She had not heard the better part of the things he said but that was not the point, she gave him her own deal.
“How about I take charge of your company?” She said to him without battling and eyelid; “It is just going to be for a while.”
This deal was a shock to Albert who did not even expect such offer on a first business meeting.
“Take charge of my company?” He repeated what she had said.
“Yes. It will be a win win situation. Your company is quite new to the housing market but with my experience, the profit margin can be broadened.”
Some minutes of silence passed and while Albert appeared to be thinking hard, Sophie silently prayed that he takes the bait.
“Where do I sign?” He finally said and beneath her mask, Sophie had a corny smile.
Not that he actually gave it a deep thought like he should; something in him just trusts this strange woman sitting in front of him and also; he was feeling an unusual form of influence from her.
Mary gave him the already prepared document and he signed without reading through; a huge mistake he is going to regret later.
Once he handed the document back to her assistant, Sophie stood up to leave.
“I guess we are done here. It was nice partnering with you.” She said but Albert was not quite done.
“Business aside, can you please take off your mask? I will like to see the face of my business partner.”
Mary quickly stepped in; “She does not take off the mask unless it is a dire situation.”
“Do not sweat it Mary.” Sophie said and proceeded to take her mask off.
“Sophie!!??” Albert could not believe his eyes.
With a smirky smile, she said to him; “It was nice doing business with you.” And she left with her assistant, leaving the perplexed Albert speechless.

Back at his castle.
Gulping down the third glass of whiskey and beads of sweat forming on his temple. Pacing around his large hall, still trying to wrap his head around what happened to him.
“Brother.” Edna called, “Can you just say what it it already?”
“I…It can not be. How is it possible?” He poured himself another cup of whiskey and gulped it down.
Edna was a little bit scared; she had seen her brother worked up many times over the years but not like that; this time, he looked scared amidst the visible worry in his face.
“Sophie. It was Sophie.”
“Sophie? Sophie Tyrese? It has been five years since she fled. Why are you suddenly bringing her up now?”
He was about to drink another cup but Edna stopped him.
“Talk to me.”
He sat down heavily in his seat.
“The lady I went to meet, it was Sophie. She is Jane.”
For a moment, Edna thought she did not hear him right.
“Hold on. You met Sophie? The same Sophie?” Her eyes got a little wider in surprise and anxiety.
“And I made a huge mistake.” He slapped his forehead hard in regret.
“What did you do?”
“I…She now owns the company.” He said shamefully.
Edna bursted out laughing, so hard that little drops of tears escaped from her eyes.
“Did she threaten you or something?” She bursted into another round of laughter.
The mocking was getting too much for Albert so he ordered her out. She was adding salt to his wound.
“Get out!” He bellowed.
“Chill brother.” She said, still laughing on her way out of the room.

The first part for Sophie’s plan was done, now she wants to move on to the next phase and she was well prepared for that.
“I need everything you can get on the Tyrese’s family. Their financial situation most importantly.” She ordered Mary who was now very much interested in the revenge plot of her boss.
“Ok ma’am. What do we do with the Cain’s company? We have enough companies already.”
Sophie simply smiled while stroking the her chin in a fairly masculine way.
“Mary, to win against your enemy, you have to strip him of his power, this is the first step of doing that. It is merely a leverage right now.”
“Now I understand. I should quickly get to work on the task you gave me.”
Sophie nodded and Mary withdrew from the room.
No sooner than she left than Sophie whipped out her phone and dialed a number. It rang for a while before a voice boomed over the speaker.
“Hello?” The voice said.
“Hello Edna.”…..
