Chapter 2:We meet Again

After the class was over, Adrian just quietly left the room. Selena went to Ben and said, "I am taking the sick leave. Not interested to sit with this stupid boy anymore!!!!"

Ben finally understood that she executed the plan when she did not join the next class. She has always been like this.

Adrian attended the rest of the classes peacefully.

Selena went to her home and pressed the doorbell.

Marry was busy with the chores. She was surprised. Who is it at this hour?

She opened the door to find her daughter standing with an extremely disturbed expression.

"Seli, why are you here. Didn't you go to school?"

"Mum, I am tired,ttyl"

She walked upstairs. Reaching her room, she threw her socks at one corner of the room and her bag on the other, jumped on the bed and closed her eyes.

"I shall take the revenge sooner or later."

She clenched her fists.

Marry entered the room with a cup of coffee.

"Upset, huh!!!

Then let me give you a good news. You are joining the boxing club from today onwards."

"Whattttttttt!!!!!!

I love you Mummmmm"

Selena jumped on the bed and clapped like a little girl.

She had been pleading her parents for three years now to let her join the boxing club, but finally today is the day she is allowed to join the boxing club.

"Now take some rest, I will call you in the evening."

Selena did a happy dance and went to sleep.

In the evening, she tied her hair into a neat bun,wore her attire, and looked at the mirror for a while.Perhaps, It was the first time she was looking in the mirror for that long.

Marry gave a shout. She ran down the stairs.

They soon reached the "Ironfist Boxing Academy". Selena laughed on reading the name and entered the academy. Her heart was beating so fast inside her chest

that she thought it would burst. She had never been this anxious before.

Marry introduced her to her new coach, Harris.

He said,"Hi let me show you around first."

Marry had to go to her office for some work so she left Selena and waved a goodbye at her. Selena waved back.

Harris showed her the Locker room ,shower & washrooms,medical station,water station and the office.There was a fitness room full with training instruments and machinery like treadmills,weightlifting equipments,mats for stretching,foam rollers,skipping ropes and much more. Selena was impressed but the area that pleased her the most was the boxing gear.

It could easily fit two or three halls of Silverdale High inside it.The room was filled with numerous punching bags, students practising everywhere and a huge boxing ring in the middle.

Harris smiled, "Do you like it?"

Selena said, "Really fantastic."



"I will be out of the town for a week and the rest of the coaches will either join me or be busy with some work. So, I will leave you to my most trustable and experienced apprentice.

Hey Ad, come here for a sec!!!"

The next moment, Selena could not trust her eyes. Infront of her, stood the boy whom she kicked so hard today... Adrian.

Adrian was glad to see her because he was burning inside for revenge since morning.

"Hey Ad.....meet Selena, and Selena this is Adrian."

Adrian put out his hand for a handshake

Selena did the same with disgust. They shook hands and their eyes locked, Adrians cold and stern met Selena's eyes, which had sparks of fire in them.
