"This side please sir!" Photographers were surrounding him and the crowd was cheering him as he stood in the center of the road wearing a suit. He was a man straight out of painting. A prince out of a fairy tale, a man who seemed like he didn't belong to reality. It was Earth's greatest, the famous Necromancer Drakon. Drakon was portrayed as the greatest on earth. There were even comics, books, movies, Tv shows, and many more based on him. Before the convergence of evil, there was no such thing as Players or anomalies. The convergence of evil occurred two hundred years ago. It was the time when the hell-spawned in the lands of the earth. The Earth and a doomed planet merged by rifted pathways across the globe. The usage of the natural energy source of the earth has been tampered. It was a disastrous Era. Scientists couldn't find out proper scientific explanation for the surreal phenomenon. Usage of energy changed, they began to acclimate to the life force and channel it. The detriments of the convergence were far greater than what was deducted by the scientists. Spirit possessions, Monsters, Nightcrawlers, Dream walkers, and many more disastrous factors intruded on the earth. Somehow scientists and mages joined hands and created a connection with greater beings of the universe who were called celestials. With their intrusion with Earth and Aborrenta, they managed a constant stabilization and survival. And today such privileges led humanity to rise forth the disadvantages as Players. Drakon is an anomaly among anomalies amidst the players. His origins were unknown and even the government couldn't dig into his past. Drakon debuted at the age of twelve, truly a prodigal existence that the earthlings yearned for. "Sir, could you explain the reason behind your injuries?" One of the reporters asked. Suddenly he remembered those eyes that stared into his soul. Just a few days ago a goddamned human dared to injure him. He shook off his head to clear his mind, "I'm sorry, It is a Confidential mission. I'll have to face consequences with the government" "Thank you for the answer, sir!" The reporter replied and sat. "I heard rumors that you are in talks with the emperor to build a tower is that true?" "Only time will tell. We are still in talks." Drakon boasted with his head raised higher as he looked down the stage. "What are your thoughts on the unregistered?" Drakon smiled looking at the Reporter, "I don't see the reason for them to be registered. As you already see. Players are far more superior than civilians. And more Players have begun to raise in population. I know this is a blatant and arrogant statement to some of you but, this is indeed the truth. Players are the superior evolved form humans." "What?" "You are talking s**t!" The audience began to be enraged and even threw their belongings toward the stage. "I just stated a fact. I believe humans will have come to terms with this." And then immediately released his ominous energy that covered the entire audience with black smoke and amidst darkness were translucent creatures invisible yet, visible if observed keenly. Those were his shadow soldiers abiding by his command. Drakon is worshipped as a hero but in truth, he was a tyrant. This was well known to the world. He was arrogant but that's what made him liked. But the main fact is that he convinces the audience but backing up his words with actions. Drakon just smile looking at the crowd a few of the Players aroused their Life force as a defensive mechanism but the others couldn't. The crowd became quite shortly. "I am sorry... But I had to logically show why I said that. Anyway, I believe I've answered all the questions." "Sir, One more question!" A man said raising his hand. The whole crowd's attention turned towards the young lad amidst the crowd. "Rumors are saying that you have been hunting and k********g children in Abhorrenta to devour their skills. What do you think of this statement?" Drakon's facial expression didn't waver in the slightest. He tightened his necktie and walked forward gritting his teeth. "What's there to state? It is a rumor because there is no such thing as evidence backing it..." He stopped and looked straight at the young lad surrounding him with his shadow creatures to intimidate. "You know what? What's your name?" "Its Ranga sir" "Alright, Mr.Ranga how about you collect some evidence and submit it to the Axis? I feel like I am the haters are falsely accusing me. Let's go legally." "According to my records and the information that has been procured. Those that tried to approach legally, are mysteriously disappeared or got into some sort of accident " That statement from Ranga stirred up a commotion again. Drakon sighed and massaged his temples, "Hah, As I said before raise your complaints at the Axis and we'll see it legally. Thank you!" *** Carrying a rusted sword and a shoulder bag, and wearing a dark cloak and a chain pendant around his neck walked out of the woods and boarded the boat. "To the hell door of Dragon jaw" "Two silver coins" the helmsman replied and he dropped two coins into the bag tied on the side of the boat and took a seat next to the old man in a cloak. It was none other than Sagithan. For some reason, they both didn't converse with each other and stayed quiet. "What's your business sir? Perhaps taking a Novice certification? Haha!" A man with a mohawk hairstyle mockingly after analyzing the Garuda. [The celestial Nefarious with twisted kindness says that you need teach to the mohawk head, a lesson] " " Beep! Beep! multiple messages rang but he didn't pay heed to those and continued to enjoy the ride. Sitting at the back. His action was peculiar though. His hands were dipped inside the water as the boat continued to move further and further away from the shore and in the distance was the sky covered in dark smoke. Jogar was a village near the sea exactly in the eastern part of the Abhorrenta and the closest rift path connected to earth was the Hell door of Dragon jaw which is a small island. Thud! Thud! Suddenly the boat was hit by some hard rocks. "Hold on tight! The silver mouths are approaching!" The helmsman warned and began to row the boat faster. The other riders pulled their weapons except for Garuda, he was calm and collected as though it was not a big deal. Swishh! A giant reptile pounced out of the water as Garuda simply watched the people panic in fear.
