The chanting around me grew louder and louder.
Ruby recited the spell that dragged my mates’ power from them, and I could feel the strength coursing through my veins.
I wriggled my fingers, ready to cast the spell to stop Tabitha’s heart the moment she materialized.
The air began to change, rippling with white light and sparking with electricity.
