The Maze

I had just placed down my paper and pen wondering of what I was writing and decided to go into the wash room. This kind of virtual tour felt awkward. The palace loo was just behind the corridor. On getting to the corridor I got lost. Couldn't discover my real self. The corridor was made of mirrors all everywhere mirroring images of me every where. I felt ill due to the reflections that even couldn't understand which way I got in and where the Exit end of the corridor was. I was just walking blindly when I came to a truly poetic scene that Heald my soul. An abrupt disruption of a river that caused a great waterfall. A beautiful scene with the rocks naturally curved and green vegetation. The waters of the river flowed south ward and an ancient steam boat was by the shores of the river. Curiosity took me to going and seeing what could the boat be holding. "The pirates must have neglected this boat long ago," I said examining it as actually it was a boat of the time of yore. On touching the door handle of ship it opened into a very serene environment. I must say I thought it must have been Erusium or biblical city of Zion. I was lost in a new planet wondering around in space. I quickly proceeded to the deck. My interest in boats had developed long time ago as I normally rowed across river Sagana with Grandpa's canoe. As old as the boat looked it's interior was the most modern by the gauges of todays modernity. I had never been into such boat before. Just then someone appeared from behind thundering his steps on the floor of the hollow vessel. I guess he must been the owner of the boat. "Ooh young boy, what are you doing in such a desolate place," He asked. I could have given up on to my trembling had I not possesed my bold heart and answered semi- fearing. "We came Grandpa to the cave and now I'm in boat. I am trapped nothing. seams real. I don't even know where old Jack is. Just help me sir get out of hear." "Ooh so you are old Jack grandson," he answered in apprehension. "I am Jack junior," I replied. "Then you're not lost my son. Old Jack had told you are to come hear. I am to train you on how to navigate down this stream using this old modern ship," he commented. The lessons were to begin in the next morning. We spent the night with the man I came to recognize as Musa telling me sailors tales some of which could have damaged my ribcage. However how I came to loose myself into a slumber till the next morning was a mystery.
