The Ingredient
Kaalapur, a village not found in 'Google Maps' ,and , staying true to its name, remains in darkness, known only to the residents of that village. The lush blanket of the thick, dense forest hides it efficiently from the rest of human civilization. The residents of this small village are hence, a small bunch of unambitious people oblivious to the world outside them. Peaceful in demeanor, the worshipers of the four elements stay close knit against the face of poverty and the greatest threat to them, the werewolves.
The werewolves pose a threat to the lives of the villagers, in spite of the thick cover of mango trees and the thick stone wall they had built around the village. A set of young men are trained well, specifically to ward away werewolves. But their service comes with a price.
The poison of the werewolf, when in a human body, meddles much with the functions of its systems and the mind. It then, very slowly, transforms the person to a werewolf....
This story is about the sister of one such person, who can travel to any extent, to save her younger brother from such a terrible fate...
