Lola woke up the next morning before Faye and quickly got started on the chores. She didn’t know why she was feeling mad about Tessa leaving but since Tessa wasn’t around anymore, there was no one else to do the chores but her. Her mum always laze around while Faye is outright lazy.
She was washing the plates when Faye walked into the kitchen with her toothbrush in her mouth. She was shocked when she saw Lola and said,
“What do you think you are doing Lola?” She asked as Lola stopped washing and looked at her saying,
“What does it look like I am doing here?” She replied.
“Leave it for Tessa to wash. What are you doing?”
