Bonnie got to school in record time as she waved her mum bye, who drove off heading to work, leaving her in front of the school gate. She glanced at the time, it was 10 minutes past 8am. Sooner or later, Tessa would arrive. If only Tessa had a phone or lived in the same street with Bonnie, she would have informed her that her mum insisted on driving her to school today.
