Kyra Lewis: Matteo and I were on our way to the agency, and he held my hand, looking into my eyes with an engaging smile. — The photos turned out perfect, and you looked absolutely stunning — he commented, genuinely. — Thank you! — I replied, shyly smiling. When we arrived at the agency and went up to his office, an intimate moment unfolded. He pressed me against the desk and began to kiss me tenderly, but we were abruptly interrupted by the sound of the door opening. — Matt! — exclaimed a female voice, and when I looked, I recognized the figure in front of me. She also recognized me and stopped instantly. — Kyra, is that you? — she asked, surprised. — Hi, Melissa. It's good to see you! — I said, even though I knew it was a lie, as her expression revealed discomfort. She clenched her skirt tightly and forced a smile. — I didn’t know you were busy, Matt — she commented in a affected tone. — I’ll come back later. — And before we could say anything, she left the room, slamming the door and with an angry expression. — Do you know her? — Matteo asked, trying to understand the situation. — Yes, — I answered. — She’s the sister of my ex. Actually, she hates me, even though I haven’t done anything to justify it. — Wait, you’re ex of Alex? — he continued, surprised. — Yes. Do you know him? — When I lived in Italy, Alex also lived there. I’ve known him since childhood; we were best friends. But one day, I saw him trying to force a girl to stay with him. She was crying, and I tried to stop the situation. We ended up fighting, and the girl reported him. He was arrested, which marked the end of our friendship. — Woah, and I dated that jerk for three years! — I admitted, recalling past pains. — I really suffered for three years. Matteo hugged me, offering support. — Let’s stop talking about that i***t — he said, moving closer again and kissing me. He sat me on his desk, and as the kisses grew more intense, his hands gripping my thighs. Suddenly, the door opened again, and Nate entered, surprised to see us. — What the hell is this? — he exclaimed, clearly annoyed. — I’m a guy from a good family, and you two are making out in front of me! — i***t! — Matteo snapped back, while I couldn’t help but smile at the situation. — Sorry to interrupt, but I and this hot guy here have a meeting — Nate said with a sarcastic smile. — Well, I’m leaving — I said, trying to get out of the situation. Matteo looked at me with a sparkle in his eyes and asked: — Will you accept a dinner with me on Friday, just the two of us? — I accept! — I replied, feeling my heart race. — I’ll pick you up at eight — he said, giving me a quick kiss. — Alright! Have a good meeting — I said, as I said goodbye. — Congratulations on the photos, baby! — Nate said, to which I responded with a simple “thank you,” before stepping away, unable to resist one last kiss with Matteo. ☆ When I got home, I found my mother in the living room. — I’m here! — I announced, with a smile on my face. — How was it? — she asked, curious. — It was wonderful! — I replied excitedly, showing her some of the photos we took. — You looked perfect! — she praised, proudly. — Where’s my dad? — I asked, my anxiety rising. — He’s in the office, and your brothers are in the cinema room — my mom answered. — I’ll watch with them — I decided. — And I’ll see if I can get your dad to stop working for a bit — she added with a smile. Walking toward the cinema room, I couldn’t help but think about Matteo. I’m completely in love with him, I thought to myself, a mix of joy and anxiety. But, for now, it’s not the moment for him to know…
