When Sara called Arav “husband,” he smiled widely and kissed her back. Sara gently stopped him and rushed toward the washroom. Arav, feeling worried for her, quickly called his gynecologist for advice. The doctor reassured him, “Nausea during the first trimester is common. Give her the gel I prescribed.
