Bon Fire And Dessert

Sapphire's P.O.V

After my tour and introductions to the Pack hospital, the pup school and the orphanage, I realised there was lots of areas that need improvement and some area's that need Jesus really but I have the information I needed to start compiling a list. I got to my office and sat down on the couch, I grabbed some refill and wrote Pack Hospital underneath the title I started writing things that were urgent

* New paint

* New Flooring

*New Scrubs

*Update decor and Furniture

These should be easy to get, it shouldn't cost too much, then I started thinking about how we could make the hospital more accessible.

Emergency department needs New Equipment, Beds and Bedding, Accessible storage and medical supplies. New procedures and schedules

X-ray room and supplies

Patient Rooms needs updated beds, equipment and supplies.

Maternity needs their own floor with Birthing rooms and patient room, New equipment, New Supplies and also pup essentials.

Morgue Needs updated all round.

A few GP's office's for doctors to use for patients to have minor check up's

I continued writing when a knock came on my door "Come in" I say as the door opened to show Elenor standing in the doorway "Hello Sapphire, how are you?" I stood up and bowed "Hello Luna Elenor, I am good" she smiled as she walked in and took a seat in the chair opposite me, "How was the tour?" she asked looking at the mess of paper's on the coffee table, I sat up a little embarrassed "I was able to meet some great people and seen some amazing resources that are offered here" I saw that Elenor was intrigued she had a sparkle in her eyes "So what do you think are we missing?" I lent back on the couch "My pack will send their best medical team over to teach new techniques also our healers have been instructed to teach this pack in herbal remedies and ancient healing processes" I saw her lean forward "was that part of the agreement with my son" I nodded and she smiled "so you would need something like a teaching facility and a laboratory to have this function" again I nodded, "We could also use the teaching facility to help our young pups become interested in medicine, amazing" Elenor stood up "Carry on, I will organise for some refreshments to be sent up for us and Sapphire don't be embarrassed about work methods you should have seen the state of my personal office" she giggled as she left. I started doing lists for the other places and by the time I had finished writing and filing it was almost 3, Elenor left at 2 stating I had everything under control, as I tidied up and left a reminder to contact medical suppliers and builders and left it all on my desk to do tomorrow my phone rang "Hello, Sapphire speaking" I answered the call, "Sweetheart, my mum was very impressed with your work and Idea's, I look forward to discussing these with you on Tuesday" he spoke to me like he was in another country while in reality he was on another level "Zander, we are in the same house and we can talk about this anytime, I don't need to have an appointment to discuss Pack matters" I heard him chuckle "Oh my beautiful sweetheart you are so innocent, I separate my pack duties from my personal life, I would rather be deep inside you than talking about pack duties" his chuckle turned into laughter "Yeah what ever, bye" before I could hang up he called out wait "Joey wants to know if we are having breakfast tomorrow or will we be dining in our quarters" I started tapping on my desk "I don't know about you but I will be having breakfast here, I have alot of work to do" he said o.k and then we both hung up, I yawned and decided a quick nap was what I needed.

I was shaken awake roughly seriously I'm going to punch the crap out of this person, I opened my eyes and saw Zarnia "what the hell Zarnia?" I asked pushing her "Hurry up, Zander wants you down stairs in 30 minutes" she pulls my blanket off me "Oh My God your naked, does Zander know you sleep like this" I nodded as I grabbed my dressing gown "Jesus, hurry up. 30minutes Sapphire". I went to my closet and pulled out some black lace under garments, dark blue skinny jeans, a burgundy long sleeve top my puffer vest and some brown ankle work boots. I quickly washed my face to freshen up and put my clothes on, I braided my hair and went for neutral colour look with my makeup, I wore lip gloss shine instead of colour. I took a last minute look in the mirror before leaving.

I got to the bottom and saw everyone waiting, Zander walked over to me placing a gentle kiss on my forehead "You look beautiful, sweetheart" wrapping his arm around my waist "Thanks, can we go" we hopped in his Red Ford F150 and travelled about 20 minutes, there were lots of cars parked "where are we?" I asked looking around seeing no one in sight "We are nearly there, have to walk about 15 minutes" he went to the flat deck and pulled a big fluffy blanket out, hooking it under one arm he held out his hand, I stood still for a few moments staring at his hand "Sweetheart, I don't bite, unless you want me too" I saw a glimpse of excitement in his eyes, I rolled my eyes then took his hand. We walked a little bit before I heard people laughing and enjoying themselves, we continued walking with our fingers entwined with each other. I saw Katie and Joey were finishing up the BBQ with some other staff. Zander explained that all of the omega's all worked somewhere in the pack and are treated very well and paid substantial amount of money. I smiled at him even if he is a total ass of a man, he does his best to provide for his pack and I see that they all respect him. I immediately went to Katie as she is the closest I have to a friend here "Hey Lu- I mean Sapphire, you want something to eat?" Katie asked holding a plate, I quickly grabbed it and started filling my plate when I was interrupted "Black Opal Moon Pack Welcome to our Pack Bonfire where we come together and enjoy each others' company" Zander was still making his speech as he gradually made his way to us, Katie took my plate from my hands while Zander wrapped his arm around my waist "I would like to introduce to you Sapphire Clark whom after meeting her for a few minutes I knew she was a force to be reckoned with, she is feisty, opinionated, stubborn, Intelligent, caring and strong not to mention sexy as hell. I knew I had to make her mine and in a few weeks she will be, after we celebrate her 18th birthday we will celebrate not only her Luna Ceremony but also our Wedding" Zander smiled own at me and kissed my forehead "But for tonight let's celebrate to our future Luna and my wife to be Sapphire Clark" There was an eruption of wahoo's, wolf whistle's, howling and claps, he picked me up in his arms and kissed me, I couldn't help but wrap my arms around him kissing him back.

Zander's P.O.V

I put Sapphire back down looking at her, I really do like kissing this girl I could kiss her all day and night *Maybe that's because you actually like her My wolf Aro said shaking his head *She's not our mate remember I started making Sapphire a drink, I know she doesn't drink that much and I'm not going to get her drunk *She could be our second chance mate I know Aro likes Sapphire, he likes a wolf with spunk and she definitely has a lot of that *No! Once we conquer her we will forget she exists My wolf growled in disgust with what I said *You know what she's right Your an Asshole I tried to not laugh out loud, its the first time we have disagreed on anything but I also think that Sapphire has rubbed off on him. I walked to Sapphire holding her glass, she looked up and smiled as I held it out "Thank you, What is it? Poison? Roofie?" I almost choked on my beer leaning down to her ear I whisper "Sweetheart, I will never need a roofie to get you into bed, not only will you come willingly, you will be begging me to drive you into ecstasy, as for the drink it's Manuka Vodka and Ginger beer with fresh Mint and Lime" I watched as she took a sip licked her lips and closed her eyes "MMMMmmmm" I chuckled "told you I could make you moan" she snapped her eyes at me and elbowed my chest. Katie came and dragged her away when Kane and Ryan came over with more beers "Nice speech" Kane said cracking his bottle open, Ryan elbowed me "Yeah I really liked it when you announced her Luna Ceremony and Wedding, I almost thought you were going to go through with it" I looked at my Beta and Delta "What's wrong?" I hissed at them, Ryan shrugged his shoulders while Kane just stared at me "Your playing with Fire Z, Can't you see how amazing she is? Everyone loves her already and from what I hear she did some amazing things today" I shook my head I mean first my wolf and now my leaders what is this girl doing to my pack "Guys, you know I will never take a Luna or a chosen mate she i just a conquest. It's like a game of chess with her and once I get her in bed it will be check mate" Kane stood up and looked at me "We've been brothers since diapers, I love and respect you hell I will die for you I'd kill for you, but this what your doing to Sapphire I can't" he didn't finish he just threw his hands in the air and walked away.

After Kane left I sat there watching the crowd but I wasn't really enjoying myself, I saw Katie leaving, I scanned the crowd and found her she was talking to some junior pack warriors, I smiled at the respect that she was showing them when I felt hands on my shoulders "hello my son" a soft voice spoke, I stood up and held my mothers' hand as she stepped over the log, I kissed her cheek as she sat down next to me "hello mum how are you enjoying the bonfire?" I asked taking a sip of my beer "Oh, I love watching the young one's enjoying themselves gives me a sense of family" she was looking at me intently when she lent forward and took my hand "Son, I know what Kyra did to you was the greatest heartache that anyone could feel but you my baby boy got through it, I was afraid that it would turn you into something cold and unreceptive and for a while your father and I were worried" she kissed my hand "You threw yourself into your Alpha duties and took what ever she-wolf that batted their eyes at you to your bed but since you met Sapphire, you have changed" I looked into the sweet loving eyes of my mother and I was hurt because I know what I was going t do would hurt her "I know you plan on breaking the contract when you bed her son and although I do not agree that my baby boy could hurt someone like that I can not force you to change your mind but let me give some advice" she scooted closer to me "She may not be your true mate but if you can think about her and yearn for her smile or her touch than the moon goddess must have sent her to you for a reason" she stood up and cupped my face "I love you my son but please find your true self and let someone love you because you deserve to loved" my mother kissed my cheeks and went to my father who was sitting n a rocking chair, i smiled watching her on his lap laughing and giggling, I thought about Kyra and all the dreams I had, when we found out we were mates it was the best time of my life, she was MINE and no one else's or so I thought. I started to feel angry and hurt, I was wallowing in self pity when I felt a calming prescence next to me "I got you a hot chocolate with extra marshmellows" I turned towards the voice and found two sparkling silver eyes looking back at me, she was holding a mug out I smiled at her and took it "Thanks, No smore's?" I looked at her sideways as she giggled "s**t I'm not an octopus, I only have two arms" I laughed as she handed her cup to me going off to get our smore's, I sat there watching her create our smore's and I feel something watching her it's more than lust and desire but I can't seem to place what it is. She walked back with a plate of smore's and sat next to me placing the plate on her lap. I'm not a smore's fan so I decline the offer "Can I ask you a question?" she asked as she took a giant bite of a smore, the marshmellow was stuck to side of her mouth but she looked so cute "How did you know all of my favourite things. Food, Shampoo's, Bodywash, drinks, Smore's" she pointed to the one in her hand I shrugged my shoulder "I may have or had not had Kane do a full background check on you" she mouthed 'O' but continued to chew, I saw the marshmellow still on the sides of her mouth and lent in she of course moved her body away from me, I looked into her eyes "Please don't" she stopped moving as I moved forward, I held her chin with my thumb and fore finger, leaning towards the side of her mouth, I proceeded to lick the marshmellow off I notice her closing her eyes I savour the taste as I went to the other side and licked that side too, I ran my tongue over her lips licking off any evidence of Smore's when she dropped her hot chocolate on her lap, she jumped up yelling "Ow, Ow s**t that burns" I burst out in laughter watching her jump around "come on sweetheart, we'll head back, I have a surprise for you" She crossed her arms across her waist "I don't want to go yet" I wrapped my arm around her waist "we have plenty of time to attend pack function's sweetheart" I mind linked my parents to let them know.

When we reached the pack house I headed to her door but she had already got out raising her eyes at me, "what's your surprise?" I grabbed her wrist and led her up to her room when she yanked her hand from my grasp "Really? Zander what are you up too?" I stopped at her door sighing I spun around "Look. I know I can be a total ass sometimes" I took a step closer to her placing my hands on her waist "But, I'm trying to prove to you-" she placed her hand on my chest "what that you can sweet talk me into dropping my panties with what romantic gestures, romantic dates, pff dumbass it takes more than that and seeing as you can't even wait 24 hours before putting your d**k in your mistress, I'm guessing tonight's surprise is only getting you ready for her" I rolled my eye's at her "I'm trying to prove to you that I want only you, I'm sorry and I promise you I am done with Clara" she squinted her eyes at me not wanting to believe me, I held her face in my hands so she could  see that I am being sincere, I'm not lying really, I am trying to prove that I want her, I am sorry she saw me with other she-wolves and I am done with Clara......well for the next 6 weeks that is,

Sapphire's P.O.V

He was holding my face and I was fighting the urge to kiss him, I didn't want him to know how I am feeling, I didn't want him to know the truth about us, I needed him to prove to me that he truly wants me to be his and only his, that I was his equal before he could understand why the moon goddess brought us together. I nodded. Zander kissed the tip of my nose then opened the door, my room was lit by scented candles there was rose petals from the door to the bathroom my eyes widened in surprise as I walked in, I stopped midway looking to my balcony where I saw a small platter of cheese and crackers and strawberries dipped in chocolate. I turned to Zander smiling "You did this for me?" he smirked nodding "I asked Katie to set this up while I kept you busy at the bonfire." My face dropped in disappointment and he rushed "Sweetheart, what's wrong" I pulled away from him "Having some one else setting up surprises like this, isn't you proving s**t Zander" I stormed off to the bathroom where I found was lit by more candles, my bath was full with sweet smelling rose bath salts and rose petals He sure likes roses I thought to myself *Give him a break sis, he may not have done this himself but he did think of it Amber seemed to like his attempt but I NEEDED him to know I am not like the other girls he sleeps with, he has to earn my trust. I opened the door to find him sitting on my bed he looked really annoyed "Zander-" but before I could finish he glared at me "Look this is new to me, I'm not use to this soppy s**t Sapphire, but I am trying. This is what I wanted to do but if I didn't keep you occupied than I couldn't set it up myself. I am trying I may f**k it up it may be a complete mess but-" I pulled him into an embrace "Thank you, its beautiful" I stood on tippy toes and kissed his cheek before I  went flat footed he wrapped his arms round me and kissed me, it was soft and passionate, he licked my lips asking for entrance and with out meaning to or maybe I did I opened my mouth and our tongues fought for dominance which obviously he won. Before I knew it he was undressing me and for christ sake I was letting him, after a couple of minutes I stood there in front of him stark naked I tried covering myself with my hands but he growled and I instantly dropped my hands to my side. He sucked in a breathe as I stared lustfully at me from my feet gazing up stopping at my breasts "Beautiful" he whispered as he started the glance up to my mouth "I'm not having s*x with you" I said to him he just smiled and lent forward "not tonight anyway" before I could answer he swept me up bridal style and took me to the bathroom, laying me in the bath gently. I lent back closing my eyes, when I opened them due to the disruption of the water I saw a very naked Zander climbing in "what the hell Zander" I stated moving my knees up to my chest "Don't cover your beauty sweetheart, let's talk" I looked him in the eyes "why?" he splashed water in my face "I want to know you, I want you to know me and contrary to what you think this" he waved his hand around in the air "wasn't to get you to drop your panties" this time I splashed him.
