Dice's eyes shot open. She looked around but couldn't see anything. It was dark. Then her vision cleared and she could see a door with the number seven on it. Dice hoped out of her bed and feel to her knees. She looked back at her legs and used her fist to massage them. She placed her hand on the floor and began to push her body weight off the floor. She rose to her feet and stumbled slightly. She dragged her feet towards the door and placed her hand on the handle She looked at it for a moment and silently asked the Lord for an escape. She opened the door and then raised her brows. Why was their no difference in the room she had just left and the room she was currently in. She fell on her but and sat in shock. How did she see the number seven in a pitch black room. How did she find the door. Dice's shock turned into fear and disgust. What had these people done to her. She didn't know if they had stripped her of her humanity or corrupt the only humanity that she had left. Dice squeezed her knees as she rocked back and forth. Then she suddenly stopped and looked up. There was a dull gleam of yellow in front of her. It was a light but it was coming from a different direction. Dice looked to the side and saw that there was another seven on the wall. It was bright yellow. As she starred at it, the wall behind her began to grow transparent. Dice squeezed her knees again and began to rock back and forth once again. She put her head on her knees and waited for the death of another human being. The Dice had a cry. It was a baby. Dice slowly lifted her head of her knees and looked at the wall behind her. She pulled herself to her feet and began to walk towards the wall. The child was smaller than usual and looked pale white. her hair was as dark as ink and her cries were as piercing as a sharp nib. Dice began to pound on the door as tears fell down her cheek. Not another one. As Dice desperately called out to the child, Two big men walked into the child's room. One of them came in with a large glass box with water in it and the other came in with a night gown big enough for a seventeen year old and a bag with wires in it. The one with the bag of wires plugged them into the complex box, and dressed the little girl in the night gown. He then picked the little girl up and dropped her in the water. As the baby sank to the bottom. Dice screamed as though she were ready to tear her lungs apart. One of the men walked towards a large switch and pulled it. A huge light flashed and the two men as well as Dice were thrown into the air. It was dark and silent in Dice's head for a long time. Then she jerked awake and took a huge breathe. Glass surrounded her and the two men lay motionless. Dice remember what had happened before she passed out. She quickly rose to her feet and limped towards the child. Her eyes widened and she placed her hand on her head. The baby was gone. Well not gone but the child was now far older. She still had ink black hair and pale white skin but she was far older. Old enough to fit in that night gown that could not feet her even slightly before. Dice placed both hands on the girl and slowly shook her awake. The girl's eyes shot open and she sat up. Dice asked in a shivering voice. "Are...Are you okay." The girl looked at her and scratched her head. "Why am I here? I don't belong here I need to go." Dice looked at her confused and asked, "What do you mean? Where do you need to go?" The girl shook her head then replied. "Nevermind. I just... I just don't belong here." The girl then stood up and began to walk towards the door that the two white men had come through. Dice got up and began to limp after her. "Wait. You can't just leave. They won't just let you." The girl looked at Dice and asked "Who is 'they' ?" Dice looked towards the floor then replied, " ' They' are the reason that you and I are in this place." The girl starred at Dice but before she could say anything, Five burly ken rushed towards the girls and grabbed the girls. They injected the pale girl with an ink black liquid while they injected dice with a clear liquid. Both girls passed out and when Dice woke up, she was in a room strapped to a bed and cables were attached to almost every vein in her head and arms. Dice attempted to move even as slightly as she could but it was no use. She gave up and starred into space. She thought about Lina and wondered what kind of people would do such a thing to a child.nHer eyes swelled with tears as she recounted her last few what seemed to be days in that situation. Lana didn't know if she was ever going to be free, Or if she was ever going to forgive herself for letting Lina be on her own for that short time. As these thoughts run through her mind, one of those burly men walked in with the pale girl. He cuffed the girl to the metal table beside Dice and unstrapped Dice. He roughly grabbed Dice's had and led her to the same table and cuffed her. Dice looked at the girl sitting across from her. She understood that it was quite rude to stare but she gave herself this one exception seeing that courtesy left the room once a seemingly three year old became a seemingly seventeen year old. As Dice stared at the girl it inevitably caught her attention. Dice apologized promptly then quickly added. "I don't mean to be rude in any way but may I ask what or who you are?" The girl slightly contorted her face then replied "I'm not sure what or who I am. I'm not even sure how I'm speaking to you right now. I just tried to confirm to your speak pattern." Dice was taken back slightly then she tilted her head toward slightly. "Oh. your English has gotten better since the last time we spoke." The girl innocently smiled then replied. "Thank you I have been practicing for a week." "Wait." Dice replied with her eyebrows crooked. "I have been asleep for a week?!" The girl nodded then spoke again. "Yes you have." Dice looked at her with the same perplexed expression then replied. "How do you know that? Did someone tell you how long you've been here?" The girl fidget ed with her hand cuffs as she answered Dice. "I just know. I can tell. " Dice stayed silent for a while then looked at the girls hands. She sympathized with the girls state. "She must be uncomfortable in those cuffs." Dice thought to her self. Then dice remember the pen she had noticed when she was strapped to the bed a few minutes back. Dice began to gently ram into the metal table that she was strapped to. The pen fell next to Dice's Knee and she picked it up. Dice gently tapped the girl's knee then took one of the girl's hands. She gently jammed the pen between the cuff and the girl's hand, a mark was made by the pen. Then they heard a click sound, and a small black maybe piece of plastic appeared in front of the girls. It looked identical to the one on the girl's hand.
