The past few days have been surreal for me and I had to pinch myself at intervals to remind myself that it was real life and not a dream.
I couldn’t pinpoint where or when it happened but I was starting to have an actual relationship with Lorenzo, much to my surprise. We weren’t dating or anything of that sort but we sort of bridged a gap and it’s been amazing.
I thought Marissa had been lying when she told me about the secret but it turned out that she’d been telling the truth. Lorenzo had indeed planned a vacation for the two of us. It was mostly business but there was a lot of pleasures attached to it.
