The past couple of weeks had been quite eventful. Lorenzo barely spoke to me and I was fine with that. I couldn't afford to get distracted again, not when the whole plan was approaching its climax.
I was still having a difficult time trying to navigate the ever-growing feelings I had for him and trying to support John in whatever way I could.
Lorenzo had gotten a lot busier and I couldn’t tell what mood he was in because he often spent his days at the office or having meetings behind closed doors but I still tried to get myself involved for me and John’s cause and Marissa was all too willing to include me without knowing about my motives.
Working on the inside had helped me map out how Lorenzo’s organization works and their weakest spot was where we would hit first. Lore
