By the time I got to work the next day I was exhausted. I couldn't remember the last time I was so grateful it was Friday. Not only did Mrs. Dobbs not work on Fridays, since her work week was Sunday through Thursday, it was my last day of the week. I would be working with the head librarian Martha who worked Friday through Monday's. She was very efficient and it wasn't left to me to do absolutely everything day-to-day like it was when I was working with Mrs. Dobbs. Plus, Martha was more friendly. But this wasn't a regular Friday, it was a Friday after learning that I had some sort of ability to see the past and the future and hadn't slept much at all in the last two days.
