The drive home was a long one as I kept thinking back to what Trent had said to me. I never expected such a thing from him as I always saw him as some loser who was being used by my father but what I saw today made me understand that there was something even more about this guy. I didn’t know what it was but whatever he was, it was definitely something that was not good and the fact that Sandy associated herself with him made me worry. I didn’t know what his plan was, but he needed to not involve Sandy in it. She was just an innocent bystander when it came to the business.
