Sandy’s POV Anthony was kidding. He couldn’t be serious with what he was saying to me. A new house? I scoffed. “You’re kidding, right?” He gave me an incredulous look before laughing softly. “Sandy, I am serious right now. Why would I joke about that?” Anthony moved to the side and sat down on a couch. I fully faced him with the key still in my hand. I waited for him to say something to me. I wanted him to elaborate more on what he was giving me. I didn’t want to believe I had imagined what he had said. “Anthony, there was no need for this.
