Sandy’s POV Before I could stop myself, I slapped him across the cheek, hard. My palm stung, which satisfied me. The anger burning inside me made me ignore the guilt I was feeling for hitting him. It was wrong of me to hit a person, whether man or woman but I couldn’t help it. He was hurting me, and I didn’t know what to do or how to react to what was happening.
