When Hardin and Jakob left to go to his office and Aspen went to go lay down I went to find my mom so I could ask her about what was going on with Aspen but I wasn’t going to tell her who it was about. I know better than to tell my mom because she would tell half the pack before I could even make it back to my room. I found her sitting out by the lake reading a book she smiled and said, “what can I do for you, my sweet girl?” I said I need to ask you something.
