After Romero drops me outside library with an instruction of calling him as soon I find Eveline's last name and an order to wait for him to pick me up, I move inside only to find Alex instead of Mr. Jacob.
What is he doing here?
I stare his profile in surprise, "Alex? What are you doing here?" I voice my question.
And where in the world is Mr. Jacob?
He looks above from the book he has been holding and smiles, "Why? Am I not allowed to come here?"
There is a strangeness about him today, he almost seems.....off.
I shake my head, "No that's not what I meant and you know that."
He nods quietly, his eyes unfocused, "Was that King who dropped you off?"
