Chapter 4

Jane’s POV

Not long after the teacher entered the classroom the most amazing smell of salted caramel hits my nose. Where is that smell coming from? Then an unknown, godly looking guy enters through the door damm his so sexy, all the gossip about him doesn’t do him justice. AS I am eye raping the beautiful specimen in front of the whole class shamelessly can’t help wonders how he would look with me underneath him. Where did that thought came from? Surely I’m not turning into one of those whores that has nothing but s*x on their brain. I shouldn’t even be thinking like that. I still untouched in every way possible. But it isn’t until my eyes lock with his that I lost the battle within about being discrete. I can’t seem to break eye contact with him and Angel doesn’t seem to want that either,

luckily we received a mindlink about rogues that are attacking. That got me to look away from him and focus on my head warrior informing me what the situation is about. I wasn’t pay attention to the fact that he took the seat next me until he brushed his leg against mine on accident or on purpose, doesn’t matter because the tingles got me to snap out of the business at hand. Can’t he see I was busy god dammit! Ugh. I can’t start to lose focus I have a pack that needs me and their lives depends on me making the right choices.

The intercom goes off calling me and Jake to the office but in reality this is just a show for the humans. We can’t just run off out of class in the middle of a lesson it would be suspicious. The principle is just one of us and he knows that we can’t have humans knowing what we are it’s for their safety and ours. We waste no time high tailing out of there and out the back door to the forest. As soon as we are out of sight we shift and head to our pack lands. Even before entering my land I can smell these filthy creatures. At the borders I can see rogues fight with our warriors but no time to waste as I see one of my warriors pinned down. I’m not about to lose anyone on my watch. Time to get these filthy dogs out of the way and get some answers.

Ripping heads and throats as I go to the front lines, we start to get the upper hand in this fight. They seem to get distracted by my presence and lose focus as my warriors get the upper hand over them. I mindlink the warriors to keep some of them alive we need answers. This is a hell of a lot off rogues to only be traveling through by chance. As the warriors are holding down 5 wolves I shift back and stand in front of them. ``Shift” I order them and they comply immediately. They are all naked but nudity doesn’t bother us its natural. But one of them are a female and one of the males growls and that when it click. He’s her mate. ``Jake would you be so kind and get something for her to wear?’’ ‘‘Yes, alpha’’ ‘‘I know you are mates. We will get her something to wear.” I not heartless in any means and I know that sometimes kindness can be deadlier than torture

After getting some clothes to the girl I order them to be brought to the cells so we can get some answers. I kept the girl and her mate together because I can use that to my advantage in getting info on where they come from and who send them. Because they were send here, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that.

Entering the dungeons I start with one of the three wolves that were putting up a fight with my warriors. Time to let out all the stress and the monster within me. ‘‘Hey watched human!’’ ‘‘Sorry didn’t mean it that way. You know what I meant with it? Come on lets have some fun playing I know you like it.’’ ‘‘You know me so well human. Yes let’s play.” She replies to me with a wicked laugh. Let’s start with the brown-hair guy with the scar across his chest. ‘‘I’m going to make it simple. You give me answers and you don’t get hurt and you have a painless death. How does that sound?’’ ‘‘Your just a pup, what can you do to me. Nothing.’’ he laughs. ‘‘I see. The hard way it is. I was hoping to do it the easy way but the hard way works for me too. ‘‘I just smile at the fool while Jake brings in some of my favourite toys I like to use when extracting information.

I take the players’ and moving to his left hand grabbing his thumb nail and extracting it with one swift movement. ‘‘Where did you come from?’’ I ask with no answer. Moving on to the next finger and so on till i step up the pain. Spreading his mouth with spreaders and pulling out his front molar. ‘‘This can all stop as soon as you tell me what I want to know.” Nothing again. As soon as I brought it to his next teeth he starts saying something that I can’t hear

so I take out the spreader. He spits out the blood that collected in his mouth on the ground. ‘‘I didn’t quite catched that.’’. He straightens himself a bit and looks me in the eyes. ‘‘I say you have a lovely view and I wouldn’t mind trying that view out some more with you

underneath me screaming my name as show you a good time. I know that you have yet to be with a man and I’m sure your mate would not know how to handle you. Come on what do you say Jane. I can see what master is so adamant about you.’’ This just further confirm my suspicion off them being send here. I walk over to my table of tools and take the scalpel and walk back to him. into your womb. I just mean I get it all first.” He chuckles looking into my eyes and licking his lips. This sends shivers down my spine. Turning my back on him I give Jake the signal to do the special treatment we use to those we want to let suffer a painful death.

Stepping out of the cell I head to the cell where the mates are kept. I was a foot away from the cell door when I hear the first blood curling scream echo through the basement. I will have better luck with them, I hope? As I near the cell one of the guards bow and open the cell for me to enter and I enter seeing both of them on separated walls chained. I step in, the both turn towards me sensing my presence. While the door is open I heard the echoing of the second howl and the effect is almost instantly. The fear roles of them in waves as they stare at me with wide open eyes. ‘‘Let’s get this over with. I am going to ask you questions and when you give me all the answers I want I will not harm either of you. But if you will not talk or give the answers I want I will kill her. Do I make myself clear?” I said point to her. I know that a mate can be a great weakness if that person surely do care about that person in question.

‘‘Yes, I’ll give you all the answers you need, just please don’t hurt her.” He pleads. ‘‘Good

let’s start this of slow and easy. Who are you?” I learn the man’s name was Zane and the name of the girl was Blair. They were part of a pack before they were forced to join the rogue alphas pack or die. ‘‘Why did you attack my

pack today?’’ I asked the question that has been in my mind since this all started. ‘‘They are looking for a girl that is told to have been born into the prophecy that was written

about a powerful alpha female. The alpha wants here to rule over all and to bear his pups. I’m sorry alpha I never wanted to do any of this; I’m only trying to keep my mate alive. We were waiting for an opportunity to escape but before we could have gone through with the plan he order the attach. Please alpha have mercy on us?” at the end of his confession he was crying. He was a mate trying to keep her save. I know he went along with the plan but his heart was in the right place. My heart breaks for what they went through. What they have lost. I knew right there that I will rectify the past wrong doings. ‘‘Zane, Blair how would you like to join our pack. Giving me the upper hand in this and maybe we can take this peace of s**t down and get justice for all the lives he took. You both will have to pledge your loyalty to me as alpha, that’s the only thing I ask of you to stay and be a part of something more, than just running.’’ ‘‘That would be a honour alpha I would do anything to keep my Blairy safe and give her a

live she deserve to have.’’ he turns to Blair and stare at her lovingly. ‘‘Okay, let’s start with the begin how you got there and don’t leave anything out? I’m going to cut you lose, but don’t do anything stupid okay?” I Walk over to Blair and unchain her and then move to Zane. ‘‘I were a part of the Raider pack, we were a small pack about 200 members, small well

hidden and in no way prepared for an attack. They slaughter everyone that weren’t willing to join them. He made us take some blood oath to him. He calls himself Alpha Draven but I’m sure it’s not his real name. Afterwards he burned down every building and left the dead were they lay. We moved around a lot killing of small packs and gathering more fighters and slaves for him. I meted Blair a year ago after taking out her pack, I’m sorry my love I really am. I’ve only seen him a few times; it’s always his beta that deals with everything. He is mostly in his tent busy with his slaves he uses for pleasure, which he broke to where they don’t know who they are. As for living we lived 30 miles south of here. They have scouts that have been checking the patrols out for any sign of an opening for weeks. They returned with all the info that they gather a week ago. He shown himself and he had this glint in his eyes, smiling and mumbling soon. I overheard his beta talk about a prophecy that you are the key he needs. Alpha he killed all his s*x slaves saying he doesn’t need them anymore.”

Wow is all I can say. I have asked some off my omegas to prepare them a room and give them clothes and food after they were released. They were escorted with some of the guards to the pack house to keep an eye on them. They will be brought into the pack tonight. I told some of the warriors that are guarding the other cells to have some fun with the other prisoners and to bleed them dry of any info that might help in this battle ahead. I’m not going down without a fight but what prophecies are they talking about and what does it have to do with me.

After cleaning up I head back to school and its lunch time I’m starving. I could have blown off going back but I had unfinished business to attend to.
