CHAPTER 20

    I heard a knock on the door from my sleep "who is there?" I asked drowsily. "Its Grace b**tch" she yelled from the other side of the door. "I am coming" I yawned, and stood up to open the door. "Do you know the time? And you are still sleeping" she squealed immediately I opened the door. "What time is it?" I asked her, heading to the bed "it is past 11 man" she said, dropping her things on the bed. "Wow. I didn't know it was already that late" I said to her. "Let me go and say hi to Mary" she stood up and walked out of the room. I stood up, undressed and went into the bathroom to take my bath. I knew whenever Grace went to see Mary, she always took her time. So I decided to soak a bath to relax my muscles because I have been feeling tense all week. While I was relaxing, a memory popped up

***Flashback

Immediately I left Liam's place, I headed back to the hostel. As soon as I entered, my roommate hollered from her desk side, "walk of shame!" I laughed and started  undressing. "So who was that guy?" She asked turning her chair to face me. " I don't know anything about him. We just had s*x and I came back home" I answered her, changing into casual wear. "You mean you didn't get his number?" She asked in disbelieve. " I didn't. I woke up and he was sleeping. So I left quietly" I answered her, laying on the bed. " you should have chilled a bit at least to socialize. Who knows what might come of it" she stood up and sat on my bed beside me. In the school hostel, you are just allowed to be two in a room. We have our own beds and desks.  The only thing we share is the bathroom and kitchen. " I am not interested in any kind of relationship right now" I said dismissively.     Mabel! Mabel! I heard Grace call out from the room, ending the flashback.  "Yes?" the water was already cold and i felt pruned. I got out of the jacuzzi and dried myself. Then i walked into the room and saw Grace with a plate of food. "Have you been in the bathroom since I left?" I asked me. "Yeah, I drew a bath. I needed to relax my muscle " I replied changing into casual wear. "I should really do that when I get home. I need it" she said biting into her chicken.  "Its time to spill" I said, sitting on the bed and facing her. "Alright. So, the date went really well" she said ,blushing. "Details!" I said, sitting well. "Okay, the date was going really well. Then he asked if I wanted to come over to his place and I said yes" she dropped her plate on the floor and continued. "So we got to his place and we continued talking. And we decided to play this 20 truths game" she said, starting to blush. "Hmmm" I groaned and  winked. She smiled and continued "one thing lead to another, he asked if I could kiss him and I said yes. From there we started kissing and boom we had s*x" she was really blushing and had a dreamy smile. "That good huh?"I asked. "That good" she said affirmatively.  " I had s*x with Chris. Twice " i said before i could lose my nerves and not tell her. She looked at me disapprovingly. "Don't worry I am not getting my feelings involved" I reassured her. "Alright if you are sure" she said, concerned. "I am" I said. "Alright then. Please be careful " she said joining me on the bed. "I will be" I said, moving to make space for her. Why did I think she was going to judge me again? She has always supported me through thick and thin. I felt disappointed in myself for not trusting her enough. "Let's continue Grey's anatomy from where we stopped" she said, putting on the Tv. "By the way mum and and i are going to Los Angeles tomorrow. she has things to do in Los Angeles so, she said i should just come with her since i wouldn't be chanced anymore." i told her, mid episode. "your boss?" she asked. "She said she was going to talk to him" i answered. " Makes sense. it's high time you went there" she said, chewing pop corn. "i know right" i said, playing back the episode.
