Chapter 9

We glance at each other confused, before we can say a word she shuts the door. We climb out of bed and dress. I wonder what it is? Me too could it do with what you and your dad talked about? Maybe? We head down stairs and join dad and grace in the living room. Lea comes running over and I pet her head! Where have you been little lady! She twirled in a circle and run's back beside Dad's chair! We all laughed! Dad, we're glad to see you home and feeling better! Me too! Where is everyone? Oh there sleeping hangovers off and were not doing anything until later in the day anyway! Oh what are we doing? You'll find out later when everyone else does! Now the reason I had you two come down here is because I want to talk to you! Levi and I exchange nervous glances! Your mother and I had always discussed the idea of having a proper wedding for you and kate. We understood why you eloped, and we felt that when you were ready we would follow through. Well I intended to keep that promise I made to your mom. Grace has offered to help out with any planning. Please allow us to give you the wedding you two deserve. Levi and I both look at each other in aw. Unsure of what to say. Dad, are you sure because we are perfectly fine with a simple vow renewal. Yes! We are sure this is our gift to you. Dad,can you excuse us for a moment? That's fine son let us know by the end of the day ok. Well do dad. Levi and I join hands we call Lea ,but she's not going anywhere. She's a grandad's girl right now! We walk outside enjoying the nice warm breeze. We stroll down to the lake and find a shady spot under the tree. We sat down stair out over the lake lost in thought. After some time, we finally break the silence. Kate, I know we always agreed on the eloping and were ok with it ,but I feel that we need to do this for dad, mom and even grace. Along with ourselves. I know we always wanted small and we can still do that just have a few added things for their enjoyment. Levi I agree with you. You what? Oh pfffft.. you heard me.NO! You just want me to say it again! You're damn right I do! I crawl in front of him sitting on my knees and with a devilish grin say I agree with you! Biting my lip in the process! You just had to do that didn't you? I look at him innocently. What Levi? All I did was agree with you! He pulls me forward! Well we better go tell them we agree to do this! Levi how are we going to plan a whole wedding in two days' time? I'm not sure ,but challenege accepted! Hmm.. Levi I say biting my bottom lip. I can't help but straddle him allowing my dress to slide up just enough! He slides his hands under my dress. I feel his hand on the inside of my thigh as he gets closer he stops no underwear huh? I smirk and he continues to take his fingers sliding them inside of my wet flower. He slides two fingers in and out teasing my sincless. I unzip his pants thank god he didn't put briefs on this morning. I look at his hardened shaft and slide myself on top of him. A moan escaping our lips. He pulls me close. I start going back and forth sliding him and out of me..I lock eyes with him seeing so much desire and love.. He places his hands on my ass helping me move back and forth. The ecstasy is overwhelming. I can't take it anymore and let my juices collide with his. I feel him shutter. Kate.. Oh kate.. I linger for a few moments taking it all in. Looking in his eyes I lean forward and softly kiss him. I slid him out of me and let my dress fall back in place. We both smile enjoying the moment and staring out into the lake. After sometime I get up and hold my hand out. Come on Levi, let's go talk to Dad and Grace. He grabs my hand and I pull him up. He puts his arms around my waist and pulls me in close. He kisses me softly. We part lips hand in hand walking back to the house. We make it to the steps when grace comes out. Hey guys I saw you found your way back. Kate I need your help in the kitchen. Ok I kiss Levi and head to the kitchen to help grace. I go over to sink and wash my hands. Grab a knife and start cutting onions. How many do we need? Cut about 5 ok sliced or diced? Sliced ok! I start cutting onions and my eyes start watering. I place the knife down wiping my eyes with my arm. These onions are strong! Grace smiles, wants me to take over? Nah I'm good give me a min. She smiles and goes back to cooking. I grab the knife and start again. Grace clears her throat. So have you and Levi decided on our offer? I think we have though it's unnecessary we wanna do it for you, dad and mom. We would still like to stick with something small. I hope that is alright? Grace? Grace comes over, takes the knife, sets it down and grabs my hands. Kate, we love you and Levi and whatever you want is fine. We know it was hard when you guys got married and all three of us wanted this for you. Tears in my eyes. I pull her in close and hug her tight. you all are my family and I have no idea what I would do without you. Well then hey the hell did you and Levi try separating? Huh? and don't tell him ,but we'd take you over him any day. Grace! haha.. I smile and hear hey I heard that. See if I bring you those strawberries you like so much! Oh hush child I'm old enough to have favorites! Grace smiles and heads back to the stove. Levi comes in smiling ear to ear. I hear you talking here! I smirk and continue cutting the onion. So what are you all making? Well you can wash your hands and make the patties the meats already seasoned! Yes ma'am! levi rolls his sleeves up washes his hands grabs a plate and starts making patties! I continue cutting onions. UGH! LEVI! What kate? You got the easy job. I'm cutting these damn onions! haha you're on onion duty!! OH pff.. At least I'm not on meat duty! OH! but you will be later! What was that young man? Nothing grace just making patties! Sure you are too behaved long enough so we can make dinner. What else are we having? Well I already made the pasta salad, green beans, rolls and now I'm making chili. I have Been on the grill getting it ready. Sam's cutting the tomatoes. Dawn went to get buns and hot dogs. Little sue is making lemonade and sweet tea! OH and Dawn is getting more beer to! How's dad feeling? His upstairs taking a shower he'll be down soon! We finish preparing and take the food outside.
